For this use 3 - 4 bottles, use a cutter and cut long strips, fit in 2 bottles with strips cut, cut the top part approx. 6 inches down from top. And fit this piece on top of the duster, tie them all together and fix one rod of size that can fit the mouth of the bottle. Quite interesting and another way to repurpose old bottles.
